Left Ventricle

Left Ventricle are a grunge indie three piece band based in Brighton. Drawing influences from Royal Blood, QOTSA, Jack White and Nirvana, their infectious melodies combined with unique song writing, the soaring SG riffs and solid bass lines speaks directly of their generation, fusing both melancholy with attack.

A new eroded logo was crafted that referenced their retro and melancholic sound, teamed with the energy of their souring guitar riffs and contemporary lyrics.

The cherry colour red features throughout as a primary signature that’s instantly recognisable to them. The identity continues to evolve through poster and social media post designs. Also the artwork for the debut single.

I then built the website, utilising the commissioned live photographic shoots and interactive elements taken from the bands lyrics to create an invigorating online presence worthy of their talent.
